Harriott Home Health Services is proud to offer at-home vaccination services. Throughout the pandemic, we worked with the CT Department of Health, the City of Hartford, CT Harm Reduction Alliance and others to distribute vaccines to communities who were isolated due to mobility issues or underserved because of safety concerns.

As part of our ongoing health assessment, our nurses check the immunization status of everyone in the home. We provide the following vaccines:
